Usage Policy
Provision of equipment and supplies must be in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations. Equipment and supplies provided to clients at no charge or below fair market value must be used exclusively in conjunction with laboratory services provided by EMHRL.

Request Equipment or Service Call
To request a site survey for computer equipment, or service for EMHRL equipment already placed in your office, please call or email client services and ask for the LIS Outreach Analyst. Phone 866-941-4542, email reflab@emhc.org
