Lab Supplies, Equipment and Service
Usage Policy
Provision of equipment and supplies must be in accordance with federal and state laws
and regulations. Equipment and supplies provided to clients at no charge or below fair
market value must be used exclusively in conjunction with laboratory services provided
by EMHRL.

To request a site survey for computer equipment, or service for EMHRL equipment
already placed in your office, please call or email client services and ask for the LIS

- Specimen collection
- Courier Pickup
- Requisitions and Supplies
