The Lombard Health Center is on the northwest corner of Main and Maple Streets.

From I-355 exit at North Avenue (East) to Main Street (South).

From the East on I-290, exit Roosevelt Rd. (West) to Main Street (North).

From I-88, go East and merge onto I-294 (North).

From I-294, merge onto I-290 (West) and exit at North Avenue (Exit 13B, Route 64). Go two blocks west on North Avenue and turn left at the traffic light onto Berteau.

From the North on I-294, exit at 22nd (Cermack Road) and go West to York Road. Turn right on York Road (North). Turn left on Brush Hill Rd.

From the South on I-294, or from the East on I-290, take Roosevelt Road West and exit at York Road (North) onto Brush Hill Road, straight ahead.

From the West on I-88, exit onto York Road (North) to Brush Hill Road (immediately after the bridge over Roosevelt Road) and turn left.
